"Botanical Beauty" beautifully captures the iconic road in Kāneʻohe, the famous Hoʻomaluhia Botanical Gardens. The lush greenery of the surrounding landscape and the majestic Koʻolau Ridge Mountain sitting in the background gave me the perfect base to create a three dimensional and different take of this natural wonder. Each layer adds another dimension, there is upwards of over 50 makeup products and colors within the mountains alone! 
 
My artwork begins as a photograph that I put on canvas, and is then painted with layers of makeup, acrylic paint, and sometimes other mediums to create depth, texture, and illumination.
 
"Botanical Beauty" 24"x20" comes already framed and wire hung. It comes with a certificate of authenticity stating that it is truly one of a kind and will never be recreated.
 
All my original artwork comes with a microfiber duster.
