"The Heart of Honolulu". Off the coast of Waikiki at sunset. While on a boat celebrating a friend’s birthday, a true miracle occurred. Surrounded by breaching whales, I witnessed Diamond Head and the Waikiki skyline bathed in the glow of the setting sun. The urban bustle I see every day felt like a dream inside a jewelry box when viewed from the sea. I have condensed that profound feeling—the realization that "this is the very heart of Honolulu"—into this single piece of art.
