"Proud" captures a cherished moment from my daughter’s kindergarten graduation, when I gifted her Crown flower and Pikake leis as symbols of my pride and love, a memory that has always stayed close to my heart. I photographed her leis and then illuminated the image with makeup, transforming it into a piece that forever preserves that proud moment. This artwork celebrates the joy and significance of milestone achievements, embodying love, pride, and the beauty of special memories.
